Well, we’ve done it, and have some thoughts on whether springing for that double-dose of views is genuinely the way to go or whether you might be better off saving some dollars. What’s Included in the Day and Night Ticket?

So, essentially you’re scoring two trips up the Space Needle with this ticket rather. One during the day, and one at night which is cool. The main thing that ticket holders are after; you score two admissions to the top offering those sweet, sweet 360-degree views of Seattle; Puget Sound, and like; the Olympic and Cascade Mountains depending on what the weather is doing that day.

You get to scope out the city, and you know all its hustle and bustle during the day then swing by later when things get moody and the city lights up. It is, that’s kind of like seeing two totally versions of the same place which can be really spectacular too and it gives you options. Just, almost you want to make sure the weather is somewhat on your side so you get that bang for your buck.

Daytime Views: Spotting Seattle’s Landmarks

When the sun is out, so naturally you can spot all the stuff that makes Seattle famous, very easy to see those places that show up in every other postcard that seems cool. Pike Place Market, that always buzzing waterfront; and the Great Wheel, which actually kind of stands out from the crowd that one does, all like, spread out before you in detail which is pretty nice to see all together too it can be amazing on a good day. And Mount Rainier that massive mountain; makes its grand appearance on that clear day which that view is kinda priceless.

The cool bit here; actually it isn’t just about seeing everything but very actually it is about getting oriented which does help. Spotting these things from above just really helps, kind of like, click the geography in your brain that part makes the visit feel much valuable that’s right, doesn’t it? It means later, when you’re wandering around those streets; they kinda feel much more familiar which does ease some stress too.

Visiting the Space Needle at night does really change the game. The city basically turns into like this sprawling sea of light and kinda creates that awesome sense that you know you are at the core of something big. Seeing the cars trace lines of light down below and all those buildings lit right up? Very beautiful that is, especially with a special someone it’s romantic.

Is the Day and Night Ticket Worth the Extra Cost?

Okay, the big question; very whether paying extra for the Day and Night ticket is actually worthwhile too, as you might imagine that really depends on what type of experience is valuable to you but here is something worth giving that bit of thinking to.

If seeing the city in totally different lights appeals and you really, very want to soak up what that Seattle has to show off from that great height, and that ticket probably has value which I can honestly say is great it really gives two unique perspectives. It’s kind of amazing to just get how the feel of the city drastically changes. It does need to be thought through because of how much more you have to set aside financially, but I think if you do some planning you will not be let down.

However, and just you are trying to save money; there is no reason why there needs to be added stress so there are good things and bad things; but that is where you think about saving a buck which actually might be the move which some would find that idea very comforting, but that will not give you an excuse to buy that day and night ticket!
